Sellers: Cobalt Realty Group LLC offers two types of Full Representation Listing and Marketing services, transaction assistance for Sellers who are not represented by a Realtor, and referral to our affiliate By Owner assistance company. 

1. Traditional Services: Our traditional service is just that.  The fee is commission based and offers complete advertising and marketing of your property.  Sellers who want or need full marketing services and assistance through every aspect of the listing and sales process will appreciate the marketing plan we establish and the weekly contact we make with all our clients. 
2. Flat Fee: This service is Full Representation from start to finish but we provide Limited Marketing and/or Seller participation with the marketing of your home starting at $1,995.00, this program allows you to save money on the overall cost to sell and be in control of how much marketing you feel is needed.  To learn more about this program give us a call.
3. Transaction Assistance:  "By Owner" Sellers and Buyers; we can assist you with your transaction.  Our fees range from $250.00 for simple fill in the blanks or review your sales contract to 1.5% for full participation or representation of either party to the sale.
4. By Owner:  Cobalt Realty Group LLC is affiliated with Oregonhomesbyowner.com LLC.  We refer sellers who don't want or feel the need for assitance from a Full Representation Broker.  $250.00 places your home on in the local MLS, Realtor.com and 100's of major real estate websites.  for additional information visit www.oregonhomesbyowner.com
